Digital Transformation and Upskilling

Digital transformation is changing the entire face of work, and not in a business jargon way of "increased margins" and "enhanced workflow". With a rash of layoffs, we see that companies are doing the same amount of business with fewer Full-Time Employees, which affects our livelihood, lives, and quality of life.

Take this moment to recognize the change and pivot! Education in AI/ML, learning automation, and taking steps to become necessary in a new era of work should be a new norm.

There is no "going back", this, more than ever, feels like the moment to "change or die". Fortunately, we are all in this together, and there are always people willing to lend a hand and help pull others up. As Mr. Rogers said, "Look for the helpers", and try to be a helper yourself. What a wild ride we are in for.
