Our mission is to change the makeup of diversity in the technology industry. Instead of a 1:3 ratio of women to men in tech, we believe that ratio should reflect our general population numbers: 50/50 split. With a focus on candidates with the right experience, we believe we have the best solution to meet your hiring needs while contributing to larger change.
Ali turned 15+ years of startup SaaS sales experience into a successful full-desk recruiting firm. Leveraging her relationships with a strong network along with her boots-on-the-ground experience, she helps align great candidates to great companies.
Primarily focusing on roles within the Revenue Organization, she also recruits for technical roles on the engineering team.
As a female founder, she is especially committed to DEI initiatives and bringing a very personal approach to recruiting. While she’s sold the NLP technology to read a resume and evaluate someone based just on paper, Ali recognizes the importance of having a human in the loop and taking the time to get to know a candidate and a company. Ali is a champion of the underdog, (this goes for candidates and companies), and loves it when everyone gets a big win!
